El Presidente del CDE del PRI Lic. Jorge Esteban Sandoval Ochoa informó que una vez agotadas las instancias legales, para definir una de las candidaturas pendientes en el Estado de Oaxaca, el TRIFE da su fallo a favor de Carmelita Ricardez Vela, y la ratifica como única candidata por el decimo distrito electoral federal, con sede en Miahuatlán. Cumpliendo con esto el Revolucionario Institucional con la cuota de género ordenada por el IFE. El Presidente del Partido, reconoce en Oscar Valencia a un militante distinguido, a un excelente candidato, pero sobre todo a un priista comprometido con nuestro partido, a quien seguramente nuestro instituto político sabrá corresponder en su oportunidad.
